Based near Foy’s Lake in Chittagong, University of Science & Technology Chittagong (USTC) was founded on May 13, 1989.
USTC has emerged a holistic, zestful and strong institution that gives some important shades to the educational canvas of Bangladesh.
Under the Private University Act in 1992, USTC became a well-developed and qualified institution for MBBS Course. USTC has broadened its wings and offers a wide range of educational opportunities. This modification has not only been a legislative formality; it adds up to the beginning of a new span in USTC, one where we can offer extensive education which cuts across all boundaries and disciplines. Core values of USTC are based on academic excellence. The faculties and staffs of USTC work so hard to provide a safe environment for the students.
The aim of the USTC MBBS course is to produce competent and effective healthcare professionals so that they are able to adapt to changes in their environment. It’s a complicated matter of health care management. As, It’s a complicated matter of health care management, so, In modern medical science, survival in this profession requires a great deal of skill, disposition, passion, imagination and above all first rate knowledge. In view of these reasons, the USTC had planned to create an MBBS programme in which students would be equipped with knowledge and skills that will allow them to meet the community’s needs.
